TRADE is a ministry of LMGCO, Inc., a 501c3 based in Saratoga, Arkansas. Lonny & Tammy
Goodwin and David Blackman founded TRADE in November of 2023. Lonny’s vision began
with going into Arkansas county jails (currently in Sevier County) and presenting various
vocations or ‘TRADE’ opportunities to inmates soon to be released within the ARSAT program.
The 18-month After Care portion of the program’s agreement provides TRADE’s ministry
numerous opportunities to pour into the participants’ lives as they recover. This includes
sharing the LOVE OF JESUS CHRIST by providing a biblically based

that integrates:

A nutritious, protein-rich noontime meal every Friday (mandatory meeting day)

Spiritual counseling and discipleship

Continued exposure to vocational opportunities and local business
owners/potential employers

Assistance in coordination of daily life; promoting activities that instill
independence and growth
Lonny has been a business owner & contractor in the fuel industry for 30+ years. Tammy is a
retired registered nurse who was a nurse educator with UAHT for the last 15 years of her career.
Lonny and Tammy have been short term missionaries since 2005; specifically, to Liberia, West
Africa since 2010.
David Blackman has 48 years’ experience as an Exxon distributor and jobber. Lonny and David
are both registered service agents with AR Bureau of Standards and Lonny is a Licensed
Contractor with AR Dept of Energy and Environment. These long, extensive careers affect a ton
of experiences and resources. We add to this by having ‘guest speakers’ for the still incarcerated
most every Friday. These speakers vary from an Army Ranger to “Meth Manufacturer
Extraordinaire” (former, of course!) TO GOD BE THE GLORY!
