Ending Government Overreach! Will push to have the qualified immunity thought to exist as
sovereign immunity to be defined. It is our state employees, judicial officials and elected
officials' responsibility to know the laws and regulations they are enforcing! ALL these agents
are responsible for the full body of regulations and laws that are being enforced & their own
actions and damages resulting from improper or incomplete training and knowledge. No more
guilty until proven innocent!
My Body ~ My Choice
All health and environmental information dispensed for public consumption by any government
entity, or any multimedia platform or news agency, all information dispensed for public
consumption must be factual! There must be complete and truthful disclosure of content. For
example, the recent proposed mask and vaccine mandates supported by the incumbent, SB590,
SB615 and SB301.
Abortion! It is too late to put this genie back in the bottle… So, without addressing moral issues,
we will address Truth in Healthcare issues.

The pregnant patient must then wait at least 72 hours before having the abortion
All organs, tissue and fluid (even including the laminin molecule binder of the DNA strand)
resulting from the abortion must be respectfully packaged for incineration with the same
respect/honor given our American flag!
All organs, tissue and fluid shall be prepared for delivery to a licensed crematorium with chain of
custody for verification of the complete and honorable disposal of the human organism and
wastes produced from the abortion procedure. Documentation oversight will be managed by the
Department of Health.
As we know, the market for aborted fetuses, tissues, fluids and cellular material is
driven by
money!
Any agency or entity found to be diverting even a single laminating molecule of the
abortion procedure is to be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law! No minimum penalty
imposed, only maximum penalties shall be imposed from existing laws and regulations regarding

Education or Indoctrination
The long and short of it! Evidence abounds, children are best taught values and worldview by
their parents. That said, I fully support parents having ALL federal and state funds attached to
that student to pursue the education best suited for their child. Those choices should include
charter school, private school, another public school or homeschooling. These choices will allow
parents the freedom and funds to pursue the best education possible. Evaluation of each student's
education will be accomplished with standardized testing (regardless the method of education)
for a state-issued diploma.
A Thin Blue Line: “Hug-a-Thug” & Back the Blue
I realize that good law enforcement is key to any civil society ~ by the same token for those who,
by the virtue of God and His divine providence, see their-self running afoul of the laws and
regulations imposed by the government; there must be a mechanism to be restored to full
citizenship with none of their civil or God-given rights being withheld.
The law enforcement agencies must know that society has their back in the form of educational
curriculum to the laws and regulations they are asked to enforce. Training in tactical law
enforcement, in community policing, regulations and resources necessary to return to
community-based law enforcement.
Tax Reform & Economics
All personal property taxes should be repealed, all personal income taxes should be repealed ~ to
be replaced with a sales tax. Essentials of life being exempt from such taxes, for example, food,
housing, healthcare, medication, educational materials, agricultural, and manufacturing. Taxes
should be collected at the point of sale.
